How to Submit a Support Ticket

This tutorial will explain how loan officers can begin using the MortgageDashboard loan origination software. It will provide a basic understanding of the application’s functions and pages.


  1. From the Pipeline screen, click on "help" in the top-right corner.
  2. There are several options you may want to consider before submitting a support ticket. The following is a short breakdown of the options:
    • FAQs: Our team has compiled an extensive list of frequently asked questions that users can refer to
    • Tutorials: More in-dept than FAQs, our tutorials include video and visual explanations.
    • Forums: If you have a question, chances are others have had the same. Visit our forum to see if a problem has already been explained in our MortgageDashboard community.
    • Call Toll-Free: Our support team is readily available to explain any process in the MortgageDashboard system.
    • Chat With Us: Looking for a quicker answer? Opening the “Chat” feature will connect you with our support team immediately.
    • Email Anytime: A last option if our support team is not available may be explaining your issue in an email.
  3. If it has come to your attention that MortgageDashboard has an issue that we are not already aware of, click “submit a trouble ticket” on the right-hand part of the “help” page. The following page will give detailed instructions on how to submit your ticket. Once submitted, our team will immediately look at how to fix your issue.
